We are a single-family-owned Family Office from Belgium. We exist since 2009 and have been growing up until today : we are almost 10 colleagues now.

Investment philosophy

L.A.C. International ("LACI") aims at financially and strategically supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs in three main areas : CleanTechs, Luxury and Health & Wellness. We target to invest in companies either in Venture Capital or in Capital Development stage, with worldwide interest, yet a specific focus on developed countries : Western Europe, North America and South East Asia.

LACI seeks the funding and/or buyout of companies which ethics value and sustainable commitment are sincere and fundamental to their core businesses. We value the game-changer initiatives, wherever they come from. In one word, we decided to act to make ideas worth for the future.

Investment criteria

Each company evolves in its own environment and plays by certain rules, characterizing proper needs and requirements. Yet, common basis to any project exists, and may be summarized to :

• Favorable market environment

• Visible and adequate development strategy

• Financial solidity and realistic Business Plan

• Identification of several competitive advantages
